During the transfer of materials, we have properly trained and qualified personnel in MATPEL and personal protective equipment. We are also equipped with an emergency kit that includes poisoning antidote and comply with all international standards and national standards established in this regard.

We have merchandise insurance, authorizations required by the MTC and motion resolution for Hazardous Materials (MATPEL) level III.

The Code was developed in 2000 under the auspices of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and former International Council on Metals and the Environment (ICME). El Grupo CPS PERU SAC, ofrece servicio de transporte de carga pesada y peligrosa a nivel nacional, principalmente a Mineras y clientes del sector Hidrocarburos y Energía.

Durante el traslado de materiales se cuenta con personal debidamente entrenado y capacitado en MATPEL y equipos de protección personal. El cianuro de sodio es la sustancia química elegida para la recuperación de oro ya que es uno de los pocos reactivos químicos que disuelven el oro en agua. Es una iniciativa global voluntaria orientada a promover el uso de los más altos estándares en el manejo del cianuro en la minería del oro.

El Código fue desarrollado en el 2000 bajo los auspicios del Programa Medioambiental de Naciones Unidas (UNEP) y el ex Consejo Internacional de Metales y Medioambiente (ICME). El Comité Directivo generó un grupo de las mejores prácticas que abarcan todo el ciclo de vida de manejo del cianuro para garantizar su segura producción, transporte, uso y eliminación.

CPS-Chile es signatario de este código en la modalidad de consignante.

02. CARBÓN ACTIVADO

CARACTERÍSTICAS

Este carbón activado granular diseñado, es específicamente para la recuperación de cianuros de oro y plata en circuitos de recuperación de este metal. Se fabrica a partir de concha de coco, materia prima con la que se obtiene la máxima dureza disponible en el mercado. Esto es fundamental ya que se minimiza la erosión del carbón, evitando así, pérdidas valiosas del producto adsorbido.

Sistema de Administración de Material de Construcción

Un Medio Ambiente Limpio y Seguro. CMMS^TM maneja la entrega de materiales justo a tiempo, unido a un servicio de recolección de productos no utilizados, para lograr un entorno más limpio y más seguro, para sus empleados y contratistas.

Manejo y Almacenamiento Eficiente. Con CMMS^TM, el manejo del almacén y el trabajo asociado se reduce considerablemente.

Los materiales se almacenan cerca del sitio de construcción donde se empaca y etiqueta cada requerimiento del proyecto, de acuerdo a las necesidades del cliente.

Reducción del Costo Administrativo. Con CMMS^TM nosotros compramos, agilizamos y gestionamos el inventario, para que las actividades de campo redundantes sean eliminadas, reduciendo así la carga de trabajo.

Los cables Okonite, se fabrican con una gran variedad de aislamiento y materiales de recubrimiento como son: Okoguard (exclusivo recubrimiento de caucho de etileno-propileno (EPR), con un equilibrio óptimo de propiedades eléctricas y físicas que no se comparan con otros dieléctricos sólidos utilizados en cables.), papel laminado de polipropileno (LPP) y otros compuestos termoplásticos.
